Onion is really a veggie grown in the majority of the nations around the world and also ingested throughout the world.

Onions are one of the vegetables used most widely in all the country. Onion has anti oxidant content in it. Onion are one the healthy vegetable with much health benefits in it.  For the children of small age,onion juices mixed with honey can be used as medicine fro cold and cough.

Onion has one of the diet factor in it. If one consume raw onion with Jagger or with honey the body weight will increase ,which helps people with thin body structure to gain weight. Onion used in all curries to increase  taste of it,even the paste of it an be used and many snacks item can be prepared using onion which can be eatable by all age people.

 Baby onions have anti oxidant in it. Eating them regularly may help stabilize blood sugar levels and avoid risk of cardiovascular disorders.  In general, onions may be sauteed and added to baby’s food between 8-10 months old. Of course we always recommend that you contact your baby’s pediatrician when introducing new solid foods to your baby.

This can be used as it is by removing its outer cover because this are small in size. It has many health benefits as well. Also known as baby onions or button onions, pearl onions are a variety of tree onion, often used for pickling as cocktail onions. Pearl onions are also used in recipes like succotash and onion relish because of their sweet, mild flavor and their attractive, diminutive size. One can peel it using hot water.

A big onion with a mild flavor and white flesh. Bermuda onions are believed to be of Italian origin.  These bulb-shaped onions have a sweet mild flavor.  They're available in the spring.  This can Substitute with Spanish onion OR yellow onion OR sweet onion (sweeter) OR red onion .This onion can be used raw I salad and can be roosted for French  fries.

A small thin-skinned onion that is good for stew recipes, These are small versions of yellow, white, or red onions. Cut the stem end off, boil them, and they will slip right out of their jackets. Then you can put them in a cream sauce with golden raisins, finish them off in the oven, and enjoy a wondrous treat. They're up to two inches in diameter, and usually cooked whole. Substitutes: pearl onions (smaller) OR cippolini onion. They are wonderful creamed. I also like to use them in stews.

Onions contain very high levels of chromium which can help maintain a positive hormone balance. Many researches say that brown onion has GPCS peptide, which is useful to inhibit loss of bone minerals and calcium, making onions effective against osteoporosis. One must use this onion while cooking meats it helps to reduces the amount of carcinogens produced when meat is cooked using high heat methods.

The cipollini onion is considered somewhat of an exotic or gourmet food but becoming more mainstream as time goes by. Cipollini's have a semi-sweet taste and in our opinion it's also a nice mild flavor and good taste. Onion is small in with flat looking shape.This onion is mainly used in sandwich. Cipolline onion are good in taste with low calories in it and it has  anti-inflammatory, anti cholesterol, and antioxidant properties.

This onion is very tasty and much healthy than other onion types,it grows very rapidly and spread fast and it produces onion at the top of the plant. Onion contains more juice in it. It mainly used as medicine for cold and cough,fever and even it helps to solve burning urine infection. This onion increase the blood cell production. The juice of this mixed with honey and olive oil is good remedies for aging marks and good skin.It also helps to prevent the cancer.

One can say that  Onion is hidden diamond in kitchen room,Onion  itself has many health benefits for all age groups. Onion has vitmin E which performs muti-taking and helps to keep human body in peak stage and fighting against various illness from cold to breast cancer  etc.
